Passenger Claims
Passenger Claims to ACMI provider
Passenger Claims Process
While the ACMI provider is not responsible for sales, ticketing, or customer service (which remains the responsibility of the partner airline), we would like to outline the process for addressing passenger claims.
At Fly2Sky, we are committed to providing safe, reliable, and comfortable flight experiences. While our role as an ACMI provider is focused on delivering aircraft, crew, maintenance, and insurance, we understand that passengers may encounter issues during their journey. If you have a claim or feedback regarding your flight, please follow the steps below to ensure a prompt and efficient resolution.
Step 1: Contact the Operating Airline
Since Fly2Sky operates aircraft for various airlines, the airline under which you booked your flight is the primary point of contact for passenger claims such as compensation, ticket issues, and general customer service inquiries. Please reach out to the airline's customer service team using the contact details on their website.
Step 2: Identify the Nature of Your Claim
Please review the following common reasons for claims. Depending on the issue, it may be addressed by us, the operating airline, or both:
- Flight Delays or Cancellations
- Baggage Issues: Loss, delay, or mishandling of baggage.
- In-Flight Service Issues: Problems related to cabin comfort, crew behavior, or service quality.
Safety or Medical Concerns: Any safety-related issues or in-flight medical emergencies.
Step 3: Provide Details
To help us address your concern efficiently, please provide the following details when submitting a claim:
- Flight number and date
- Details of the issue (e.g., delay, lost baggage, crew concerns)
- Any relevant receipts or documentation (if applicable)
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to maintain the highest standards in aviation.
